About This Course

It can be challenging to find the time to prepare soup as part of your everyday routine. Our program provides an innovative and time-saving recipe, allowing you to free up time for marketing and customer satisfaction in order to boost your long-term sales. 

 

Our instructor teaches a soup that only takes 1.15 hours to prepare, and you will effectively learn all the know-how at the actual ramen store to see the operation and management.

Time is money, and we will teach you the fundamentals of making ramen in 6 days.

  • Preparation of chashu pork

  • Management consultation, etc.

  • Making chashu pork

  • Making ramen sauce

  • Making boiled eggs

  • Consultation for making flavors

  • Finishing the soup

  • Tasting the finished ramen, etc
