Through this program, you will go through a 4-week course and learn from basic techniques of Japanese cuisine to manners.
After finishing the course, you will take a test and if you pass the test, you will obtain the certification and bronze medal.

Our instructors are experienced chefs or retired chefs who can teach you authentic Japanese cuisine.

At the end of the program, you will take a written and technical test to check if you are qualified to earn the bronze medal.
This will ensure that you have the right knowledge and skills of washoku.
LESSONS
This program will go through the topics below to prepare you for the test.
Culture
You will learn about the history, culture, manners, and background of Washoku.
This will help you understand Japanese cuisine more deeply.
Lectures
You will take lectures on food and ingredients used in Washoku.
You will also go through the basics of cooking such as hygiene and safety.
Technical Lessons
From how to use the equipment properly to how to store each ingredient.
You will learn the techniques as you learn a wide variety of Japanese cuisine.
ex: Ramen, Yakitori, Sushi etc.
Final exam
Your final exam will include both written and technical examinations.
If you pass the exam, you will obtain the certificate and bronze medal.
