ABOUT THIS COURSE

The art of preparing eels is a multi-step process that requires skill and precision

There is a popular saying that it takes three years to learn how to skewer an eel, eight years to learn how to split it, and a lifetime to master the art of grilling it perfectly.  

However, our instructor can teach you how to grill it to perfection quickly, even though it is widely considered a skill that takes a lifetime to master.
